  • Files you upload for conversion (processed and deleted within 24 hours)
  • Account information (email address, plan type) if you sign up
  • Usage data (conversion counts, formats used, file sizes)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, referring URL) via server logs

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Perform the file conversions you request
  • Enforce plan limits (conversion counts, file size limits)
  • Improve the service and diagnose technical issues
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, plan changes) if you have an account

3. File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded files and converted outputs are stored temporarily on secure servers and deleted automatically within 24 hours. We do not analyze, share, or retain the contents of your files beyond what is necessary to perform the conversion.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

5. Third-Party Services

geodata.plus uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Vercel — frontend hosting
  • Google Cloud — backend infrastructure

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account holders can delete their account and associated data from the account settings page.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
