1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using geodata.plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of the Service

geodata.plus provides online GIS and CAD file conversion tools. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated means to interact with the service beyond what is permitted by your plan.

3. File Uploads

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading files, you grant geodata.plus a temporary license to process those files solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion. Uploaded files are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

4. Plans and Billing

Free plan users are limited to 5 conversions per month and 50 MB per file. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

5. API Access

API access is available on Pro and Business plans. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your API key publicly or embed it in client-side code. geodata.plus reserves the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that the service will be available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

geodata.plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or corruption resulting from file conversion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
